Fully furnished first floor includes large living area, full kitchen, full bath, convertible sofa bed, washer/dryer, 32-inch TV with cable service, a VCR, AM/FM radio and CD player. Kitchen includes tableware for eight, microwave oven, stove and conventional oven, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, blender and complete set of cooking pots and pans for food preparation.
