New sod, landscaping, planters and patios have been added for enjoyable outdoor entertaining. It can be your home away from home.
Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in mornings or wine and cheese in the evening while sitting on the side patio with an ocean view. Four of the rooms in the house have partial ocean views as well. Walking distance to bus stop, shopping, restaurants, Star Bucks, beach, park, bank, cleaners and many others.
Wine tours from Santa Barbara to Santa Ynez are available in the area.
Non-smokers only and no parties allowed. Responsible adults and respectful persons are welcome.
