The max is 4 ADULTS in this condo. You can have up to 6 people if 2 or more are children. We have 2 queen beds and 2 twin floor bed pads.

For just a few dollars more, you can rent our place and get a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 new queen size beds (and we have slept there, their beds aren't too comfy), 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs, your own private walled in patio and a FANTASTIC living room ! They have wifi. We have wifi and a computer with a printer for your use. Don't pack that laptop, use ours ! Just being able to print your boarding passes is a time saver. We stay here 2 months of the year and we aren't going to be uncomfortable. Neither are you ! Phone service, cable, Internet, and a stylish home which 2 couples could stay in for much less than 2 rooms at Ramada which is one of the cheapest hotels in the area !



1. The new couches and recliner are extremely comfortable.

2. There are 3 flat screen TV's and DVD players. One in the front room and one in each bedroom.

3. The condo has a computer station with internet, a new computer, and printer for your use. No other rental

has this at Coronado Place ! There is also WiFi.

4. Kitchen has new microwave, toaster, can opener, and coffee maker.

5. New 4 person dining room table.

6. New 4 person patio table and chairs with umbrella.

7. New grill

8. 2 new queen size beds and chest of drawers. One in downstairs bedroom and one in upstairs master loft. We also have 2 floor bed pads and the couch sleeps great !

9. Furnished with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

10. We cannot offer covered parking but there is lots of shade in the corner parking closest to the condo.

Comes with phone service. Master bedroom has a walk in closet and the bottom bedroom has lots of closet space.

This is our home away from home and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do. We have been coming to this complex for vacations for years.This unit is part of the Coronado Place Complex which, in our opinion, is the best complex in town. We love it here so much, we bought this unit. It's close to shopping, dozens of great restaurants, golf courses, great bicycle riding, and parks. The condo is located in a very secluded part of the complex but is still close to the non-heated pool, hot tubs, and work out room. The patio is private and secluded.

4 people is the limit. We have a woman at the complex overseeing our property and you have to walk right past her condo to get to ours so she will know if there is more than 4 people. Any extra people will result in a $75 charge per person per week.

There will be a $125 cleaning charge. This can be partially refunded if the condo is cleaned before you leave.

There is a $35 one time, nonrefundable booking fee.

We take credit card payments or Paypal.

Deposit will be 50% or $400, whichever is greatest. If the condo is left in as moved in condition, this will be refunded.

Anything stolen or broken will be added to your credit card if it exceeds the deposit.

Any cable channel purchases will also be charged to your credit card.

Check out is 11 am, check in is 3 pm.

If reservations are canceled less than 60 days from rental date, there is no refund. If canceled over 60 days, there will be a $40 cancellation fee.

Full payment of all fees and rent $ is due 60 days before first day of rent unless renting after 60 days then it is due ASAP.

All complex rules must be followed. Failure to do so will lead to eviction without a refund.

The condo must be cleaned up on departure and all trash and food must be thrown away.

Report property damage immediately.

Leave wet pool towels on porch until dry. Please do not lay wet towels on carpet.

Please don’t sit on couch with sharp objects in your pockets

If a set of keys isn’t left in the holder on the outside of the patio door, you will be charged $50.

Quiet domain. No noise after 10 pm.
