Villa Twin Palms, a Brand New Luxury Oceanfront Villa with Private Infinity Pool. The villa sits just above St. Maarten's beautiful Dawn Beach. Our villa is one of the most popular rentals in the area with many happy renters. You are within walking distance of many restaurants and a few beach bars and a very short drive away from the famous Captain Olivers in Oyster Bay.
Twin Palms is a new luxury villa in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. Enjoy the stunning views of the neighboring island of St. Bart's and the most spectacular sunrises over Dawn Beach.
Comfort and elegance with a Caribbean flair is the theme throughout the villa. The villa is based on a large open plan with a Mediterranean style patio and arched colonnade. When you enter the villa, there is a lovely foyer area and you will go down some stairs to the main living area. The main level includes a spacious living area, state-of-the-art custom kitchen, dining area with oversized island, bar area with beer fridge and ice maker and a full bathroom. This main area opens onto the large patio and pool area where you can take in the tropical breezes and enjoy the fantastic views with your favorite cocktail or listen to the ocean waves or your favorite music on the outdoor Bose sound system........
There are two equal size master suites on the upper level of the Twin Palms with the patio running the length of the house and giving the same spectacular ocean views as the main level. The bedrooms have tasteful local furnishings, king size beds and each has it own en-suite bathroom with showers. The layout of the villa provides for separation between each guestroom, ensuring the privacy of each guest. In addition, there is an additional studio suite available for those who would like a third bedroom. The studio has its own private entrance and offers it's own kitchen facilities and private bathroom with shower. It also has a private deck with amazing views.

Or stay in, pick up a fresh lobster at Captain Olivers and whip up your own magic... Watch the most stunning sunrises over Dawn Beach or watch the luxury yachts come and go from St. Bart's. Bring your binoculars; you never know what you might see...If you’re up to some shopping you can go to Philipsburg where you will find plenty of deals. Watch out for the little monkeys on the side of the road on your way to Oyster Pond, they are adorable...

Our family vacationed at Twin Palms in early January of 2012. The view from the deck is unbelievable. The house and infinity pool are carved into the side of the mountain with spectacular views of the beach below and St. Barths. We have rented many properties over the years but this house was the most beautiful and the best equipped—it made cooking in the home fun! It has a big open kitchen and family room, a gas grill and unbelievable decks and an infinity pool. The set-up with the glass doors opening onto the deck gives you the impression that the inside and outside are one. There are so many wonderful amenities to this house: wet bar with a small refrigerator and wine refrigerator, beautiful décor, spotless bathrooms and the proximity to Dawn beach is great—a short walk. The island is small enough that you can visit a different beach every day. It was a wonderful vacation I would highly recommend staying at Twin Palms.
