50% payment is due 30 days in advance. Full payment is due 15 days prior to date of occupancy. Deposits
$600 to hold reservation (plus 3% for credit cards) - applied to the cost of the rental.

Cancellation
If cancellation occurs before 30 days, paid rental fees less $300 are refunded.

If cancellation occurs inside 30 days of rental period AND the condo is re-rented for the reserved rental period, paid rental fees less $300 are refunded. This is subject to owner's discretion.

& Taxes
Taxes and cleaning fees are included. There is a 3% fee for use of PayPal.

A minimum of 4 nights is required, unless otherwise noted. However, if a single night's stay is required, there will be an additional fee for cleaning.
