This contemporary tri-level house is perched on an acre of land within 3 minutes to the beach. Although not on the waterfront, house faces toward the ocean and provides wonderful cool breezes, especially on the High,large deck. It has a large grassy area for outside games such as croquet, baseball, volleyball, etc. (bring your own equipment).

Lower, first level has a very large in-law style room (equal to approximately 2 rooms) with one (1) queen-sized bed and a sofa that opens into a double. This level also contains a small room housing the washer/dryer and the second bathroom. There is a Walk-out to the macadem driveway at the backside of the house. Driveway is a good size allowing for 3-4 car spaces as Charlestown requires off-street parking only.

The Second level has a sunken living room with a vaulted ceiling to the third level wherein lies the kitchen/dining area. Room also contains all the entertainment equipment, i.e: TV, VCR, DVD, Radio.This room is also the front door entry into the house.

Third level contains the Kitchen/dining area, Main bath and 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The large, high deck is accessed from the third level kitchen area. Deck contains table, chairs, large umbrella and electric gas grill.

Rhode island offers some of the cleanest, clearest, most scenic number of beaches, both public and private. Charlestown offers 2 town beaches and 2 state beaches.
