This Acapulco vacation house also includes Full time staff: Excellent cook able to prepare the best Mexican and International dishes for your delight and also available to buy your food for your comfort, English speaking waiter, kind and resourceful (he will bring you MARGARITAS to the pools) as well as a nice and efficient maid (she will bring towels to the pools and even wash your clothes in an emergency). They all pay attention to your minimum desire from 8.00 A.M. until really late.

You also have admittance to the elegant LAS BRISAS tennis club, where you have an expert English speaking doctor available for you, while in all the area you admire exuberant flora like Mango tree, Banana tree, Coconut palm, Royal palm, Traveler palm, Ahuehuete tree and the sacred Ceiva tree, this last ones with hundreds of years of longevity.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel within 60 days prior to your arrival date receiving a full reimburse of your deposit. If canceled between 30 and 60 days prior to your arrival date we keep half of your deposit and reimburse you the other half. Canceling within less than 30 days will result in no reimburse to the client. In any cancellation you do not really lose your deposit, because we compensate the whole amount of your advance payment (s) for a future rental accordingly to availability of the house (not necessarily in the same months of the original occupancy), during a period of 12 months from the original occupancy. For the Christmas/new year's season (December 22nd to January 6th), with less than 60 days prior to the house's occupancy, the cancellation results in loosing the reimburse of your advance payment (s). In this case, we compensate you with the whole amount of your advance payment (s) for a future rental accordingly to availability of the Acapulco vacation house.
