A $200 (for the 1 bedroom cottage) and/or $300 (for the 3 bedroom home) deposit is required to hold your reservation. Deposit, less the cost of repairs if necessary, will be refunded by cashiers check within 20 days of checkout.



Thirty days or more prior to reservation date we allow a full refund of the deposit. Cancellation refund within 29 days of arrival is subject to re-booking, and if the unit cannot be re-booked for that period a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted.Cancellation within 5 days of arrival date and no-shows will be charged in full unless re-booked.Cancellations must be made in writing.(Electronic mail constitutes written notice when a return receipt is requested and confirmed.)Deposits are not refunded during special holidays.(Christmas-New Years (12/15-1/15), Thanksgiving (11/20-11/30), Easter (3/1-4/1), Memorial Day (5/26-5/31.)
