Cash, cashiers check, visa , master card. $ 250.00 of the rent is due when you book the house, and the rest 30 days before arrival .
Starting Rates 2008:Winter Rate .. Nov 01-Feb 28 .. $ 700.00/week.Spring Rate .. Mar 01-May 01 .. $1250.00/week.Summer Rate .. May 01-Aug 01 .. $1750.00/week.Fall Rate .. Aug 02-Oct 31 .. $1000.00/week.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
250.00 security deposit is due 30 days before arrival w/final payment,a long with rental agreement. It will be totally refunded within 10 days after departure, if there has been no damage to the house.
cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival date, you will be refunded your money, after that if I get the house rented you will be refunded, if it does not rent you will receive all back but $250.00.
