Monterey Dunes Colony is on the ocean just south of Moss Landing. Take the Molera Road exit from Highway 1 or 156. The quaint fishing village of Moss Landing with its antique shops, picturesque marinas, unique restaurants, and fresh fish market is just five minutes away.
Award-winning restaurants , exclusive shopping and world famous golf courses(Pebble Beach/ 17 mile Drive), are all located in Monterey and Carmel approximately twenty minutes south of Monterey Dunes. The Big Sur scenic region is an hour drive further down the Pacific coast
