Two bedrooms with one upstairs which host a king size bed and private full bath with a balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen is totally stocked with full size appliances. Dining table that sits 6. Dishes, cookware, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker. Two telephone's, two alarm clocks.
Graco pack and play, toddler booster seat, toddler toilet seat available upon request.
Washer and Dryer in unit. Iron and ironing board.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Extra linens, pillows and beach towels. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of only 19 units. The pool is centered in the middle of the complex so every unit has a view. Barbeque area next to the pool. 100 yards to the beach on private boardwalk. No streets to cross. Plenty of space on the beach. (you are not packed in like the large condos with to many people).
Okaloosa Island is just six miles from Destin and is a quiet family-type beach area. This condo truly feels like a home away from home.

I made my resevations to late to stay at one of kim's properties
this year,but she went out of her way to help me find a place. It definatly did not compare to one of her units. i won't wait this year!!! the extras she prvides make it seem like home. i can't give her enough praise.

This is the place to stay. great condo and Kimberly was very helpful. All the comforts of home and more beach set-ups were no hassle. Upstairs master was great for private times.

If your looking for a great place a few steps from the beach this rental is for you. We had a great time here and found all the amenities we have at home, including a washer and dryer. To top it all off there are 3 balconies for the condo and an upstairs master bedroom for lots of privacy with an open floor plan that really allows everyone to be able to enjoy vacation together! Great for both friend and/or family vacationers!!

I have to say after staying at 2 of your properties, I have certainly found a place to come back to. We really enjoyed our visit and the included beach set-up was extra nice! We will be back!

The condo "At the beach" is a great place to stay. It is close to the beach and other attractions in the area. Five adults fit in nicely, with pleanty of room. We are all looking forward to going back next year. Thanks Kim for everything.

"At the Beach" was great. Went down to Ft. Walton for a bowling tournament and had enough room for the whole team. Convenient to the beach and even had beach towels in the condo for use at the beach. Will definitely book again when we return next year for the tournament.

We stayed for 7 days at this condo unit and we were very pleased. The access to the beach was very close and quite easy to get to. The people that we met while there were great and friendly. We hope to go back next year. Thanks alot Kim Lang for everything.

I did not stay in this condo but it looks great. Next time I think this condo will be better for me and my family. It has more rooms and the space is bigger. All the colors look amazing too. Keep up the good work and I hope I will be able to return to one of your condos that you own.

My husband and I recently spent a few nights here and it was great. We have 3 small children and everything was perfect. The children had their own full bathroom. The king sized bed upstairs was able to hold 2 adults and 2 small children easily.The washer and dryer were a blessing. Nothing could have been better. It will be where we come back to next year.
