...rs in your Florida vacation home is a large open living area with a full kitchen (fully equipped), dining table, queen sleeper sofa, entertainment center with a large television, stereo, vcr and dvd player. There is a half bath, a full size washer and dryer (not a stackable), iron and ironing board in the hall and plenty of closet space for storage. There is a large deck off of the living area (great for barbeques).
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and a game stick for the kids. I also provide 6 beach towels. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

This florida vacation package also includes 300 feet of pristine beach. Not crowded like the high rises. The beach is about a two to four minute walk across the lake bridge and through the resort property.

This unit only sleeps 6 in beds however the living room is large and there is plenty of room for an air mattress for additional people.

Townhouse was quiet and very clean! Great view off upstairs deck. Convenient to everything since it is right in the middle of Destin. We will definitely stay again!

We loved the condo! Great value in Destin.Having the beach service included made life even better. Close enough to everything to walk, if you wanted to. The lake view from the decks is better than the pics show. Kim took great care of our family. We will definitely stay with her again!
