We just returned from enjoying our fifth visit to Kim's Island Dreamer condo on Ft. Walton Beach and plan to visit again later this year. This ground floor 800 sq ft condo is great for small families.Watch beautiful Sunsets right at your back door! This Fort Walton Beach vacation condo is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Being on the first floor, you can walk out your door and be right on the beautiful white beach and just a few steps from the Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Boarded dune walk over with showers to wash the sand off your feet. Two outdoor community barbeque grills just a few steps from the condo patio. No steps to climb and no elevators to wait on.
The bedroom has a private half bath and a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has a 19 TV/DVD/VCR combo. The living room has TWO queen sleeper sofas. There is another full size bath in the hall. The living area has a 37 TV/DVD/VCR combo, stereo, game sticks.
Plenty of nice linens and extra pillows provided!
This Fort Walton Beach vacation condo has a large capacity stacked washer and dryer in unit. Iron and ironing board. You will love the full-size kitchen with a large social bar. The kitchen is completely stocked. Dishes, cookware, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and oven.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and video game sticks for the kids. I also provide 6 beach towels. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.
High Speed Inernet!
Graco pack and play provided upon request for a baby if needed.
This is a small, quaint and private Fort Walton Beach complex with a total of 27 units and only three stories high. The pool is large and only a few steps from the front door. Barbeque area next to the pool. Only steps to the beach from your back patio.

This is our fourth visit to Kim's Island Dreamer condo and we enjoyed it just as much as always. Kim always makes the extra effort to equip the condo with all necessities so that all you have to do is arrive and enjoy your vacation! The condo could not be better located, right on Ft. Walton Beach, and we plan to return in 2009!

We just enjoyed a week in the Island Dreamer, it was the most delightful place we've ever stayed. The condo is immaculate, the decor charming, the beach is stunning, and the beach sevice was icing on the cake. Kim also provided all the little extras that make a vacation so special. We WILL be back.

My husband and I had a wonderful, restful time in Island Dreamer. It is by far the best appointed condo rental we have ever used. The location is excellent; close enough to shopping and resturants, but secluded enough to be quiet. The beach was beautiful. We can't wait to visit again.

What a great condo!! It is decorated so cute! Just a few steps out the back door to the boardwalk & beach. This is the best condo we've ever stayed at. We had a great vacation and appreciated all the extras that were provided for us. We'll definitely be back!! The beach service was also a great extra.

Our family had a wonderful time this year in Florida. Our condo was a delight. Just beautiful. We had the best time and the convenience of having the beach right out our back door was heaven. We had always stayed in big highrise condos. This was way better. Looking forward to next time. A++++ all around. All we needed was our clothes. Thanks again for a great trip.

We had a great vacation in Florida this year. The Island Dreamer was heaven. We had the best of both worlds. The beach was beautiful but when it got to hot, the pool was refreshing. The condo was decorate so cute. I have been vacationing in Florida for the past 12 years and by far this is the nicest place we have stayed. I have already book for 2007. I cannot wait until next year to return. The only word to describe this condo is AWESOME!

We had a perfect stay at the Island Dreamer, it was beautiful in every way. My husband and I were just looking for a place to get away and spend some time with our two children, ages 6 and 12. We had everything we needed and were close enough but far enough way for the attractions. We had the beach out one door and a pool out the other. Everything we needed was provided and was truly a home away from home. We have been married 16 years and this was the best vacation we have every taken and are planning to return next summer. Thanks for all you done to make it wonderful.
