Two master suites-First master suite host a queen size bed, door to patio, 32 inch HDTV, DVD player and black out drapes. The bathroom that adjoins this suite is very large. It is suitable for handicap or just very nice with all the extra space and safety bars. One large walk in shower and one tub/shower combo. Second Master suite host a king bed with door to patio. 32 inch HDTV and DVD player. Large bathroom adjoins with large soaking tub, seperate tiled shower and large vanity dressing area. Bunk area has 2 twins/bunks. 19 inch TV with built in DVD player. Bunk room has small area with shelves and toys. Small child's table with two chairs. 3 built in hairdryers.

Full stocked top notch kitchen with everything you could need to cook dinners in. Large pantry with built in shelves and large capacity stackable washer and dryer. Dining table that sits 8 with lights that dim if you choose to have a romantic dinner.

Living area hosts leather couch that converts into a queen sleeper with coffee table that rises up for additional eating places and a love seat. 10 foot sliding glass doors to the patio area. View of the gulf. 50 inch plasma HDTV and DVD player. Large armoire for hanging clothes and drawers for guest staying in living area. I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and a game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels (8).

High speed wireless internet.

Beach service included in rent. Two chairs and an umbrella set up each day for you at the beach. March- October.

Waterscape-water wonderland of resorts. I cannot say enough about this resort. Once there you will not want to leave to go anywhere else. 490 feet of pristine beach. Three beautiful pools, waterfalls, lazy river, water features, zero entry pool with ropes to climb on. Adult pool, small childrens splash zone with built in water slide and toys to play on. (Pool is heated in cooler months). Courtyard is full of swings, gathering areas, weber gas grills, 2 hot tubs, shuffle board area, tiki bar. Children's shaded playground.

Indoor game room, Fitness center (Life Fitness-excercise equipment/machines) room is glassed in all the way around with a view of the court yard. Flat screens on excercise equipment. Covered parking.

The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

ADA Compliant-American with Disabilities Act. This is one of two units in the resort that is totally equipped for handicap. There is a ramp right outside the door and this is the first unit in the entrance at that door. Very easy to get in out of. Extra large areas through out with plenty of room for a wheel chair. Totally equipped handicap bathroom. One of the master suites host a bathroom with a roll in shower. Shower/tub combo with safety rails throughout the entire bathroom. Handicap beach access. Large spacious and safe for handicap persons or anyone.
