Sunset Cottages Unit 5C- NAVY AND RED NAUTICAL THEME. WOULD BE CONSIDERED PLUSH OR A PLATINUM ON A RENTAL PROGRAM. YOU WILL NOT FIND A CONDO DECORATED ANY NICER.
This third floor 1056 SQUARE FEET, Gulf side vacation rental condo is set up like a town home. Spectacular Gulf views from every room. Two bedrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs - each with a private balcony, a great gulf view and full bath - affords great privacy for guests or families. There is a set of twin bunks in the hall way adjacent to the downstairs bedroom. All bedrooms have queen size beds, a TV and VCR/DVD players. Plenty of nice linens provided.
The living area and all bedrooms have a balcony with French doors. Lots of windows and bright, cheerful, nautical colors throughout.
The living area of our vacation rental includes a 32 inch TV/VCR/DVD and a stereo that play's CD's. The sleeper sofa couch in the living room is also a queen size bed.
Large capacity stacked washer and dryer in vacation unit. Iron and ironing board. Full kitchen. Linens, dishes, and cookware provided. Kitchen also has toaster, blender, microwave, electric can opener, and coffee pot. Two phones - one of which is cordless.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.
Graco pack and play provided upon request for babies. High Speed Internet!!!
This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of only 19 units. The pool is centered in the middle of the complex so every unit has a view. Barbeque area next to the pool. 100 yards to the beach on private boardwalk. No streets to cross.
If you are traveling with friends, I have two other units in the same complex that also sleep 8. At the Beach-Unit 4C or Island Paradise-Unit 3C
Okaloosa Island is just six miles from Destin and is a quiet family-type beach area. This vacation rental condo truly feels like a home away from home.

My family and I stayed at Sunset Dreamer for the first time this year. We loved it. We felt very comfortable and at home. The location is great, the walk to the beach is short and Kim is wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better person to rent from. We can't wait to come back.

You can't go wrong with this one. This was one of our best beach vacations ever, and we've been going to the Gulf Coast for 20 years. Mom, Dad, and our 4-year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Everything was better than advertised. The complex is small and friendly, and the walk to the beautiful beach is very short. It was really nice to have the beach service (umbrella and chairs) included. You can come and go from the beach, and they keep your chairs reserved. Our daughter immediately made friends at the pool with several other kids. The master bedroom / bathroom on the upper level really made it nice for Mom & Dad. The decor was impeccably done. All appliances and electronics were in top shape. There are three balconies, each with exceptional privacy. There are outside steps to climb (it's a 3rd floor entrance). The positive side of this is the privacy and views you get. If you don't know the area very well, I can tell you that this is the best location for not having to deal with traffic. To go anywhere, you make a right turn onto Santa Rosa Blvd., a 4-lane street with very light traffic, then there is a fully-controlled signal onto (and returning from) Hwy 98. This makes it EASY to go and come back from anywhere, which is a BIG DEAL in this area! There is a great Publix grocery store, the Gulfarium and the Boardwalk just minutes away.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The decorations were beautiful and we had everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk beds!! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 small children. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the surroundings very much. We had a great view and a short walk to the beach!! We will definetly be returning!!!

By far, one of the best experiences I've had. Very Quiet, a minute to beach, friendly owner's, beautiful decor, it just makes you feel at home! I would highly recommend renting this unit if you enjoy serene time, captivating beauty and most of all-a place to call home.
