Sunset Cottages Unit 5C-Navy and Red Nautical them decor through out unit in bold colors, very unique. Two bedrooms with one upstairs with a queen bed, private bath, TV/DVD player, sitting area, desk and balcony. Second bedroom hosts a queen size bed, TV/DVD player and balcony. Bunk area with two twin. Shared second full bath for bunks and second bedroom. Living room hosts a queen size sleeper sofa, 32 TV/DVD player, Stereo. Plenty of nice linens provided. Fully stocked kitchen and dining area for 4. Balcony with french doors off of living dining area with view of the gulf. Washer and dryer in unit. Graco Pack n Play and high chair available in unit. Wireless internet.
Beach Set-ups (two chairs and a umbrella) set up for you at the beach by the beach attendant, price included in rent. March through October.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and a game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels and beach toys. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.
This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of only 19 units. The pool is centered in the middle of the complex so every unit has a view. Barbeque area next to the pool. 100 yards to the beach on private boardwalk. No streets to cross.
Okaloosa Island is just six miles from Destin and is a quiet family-type beach area. This condo truly feels like a home away from home.
If you are traveling with friends we have two other units in the same place. At The Beach Unit 4C and Island Paradise Unit 3C

My family and I stayed at Sunset Dreamer for the first time this year. We loved it. We felt very comfortable and at home. The location is great, the walk to the beach is short and Kim is wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better person to rent from. We can't wait to come back.

You can't go wrong with this one. This was one of our best beach vacations ever, and we've been going to the Gulf Coast for 20 years. Mom, Dad, and our 4-year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Everything was better than advertised. The complex is small and friendly, and the walk to the beautiful beach is very short. It was really nice to have the beach service (umbrella and chairs) included. You can come and go from the beach, and they keep your chairs reserved. Our daughter immediately made friends at the pool with several other kids. The master bedroom / bathroom on the upper level really made it nice for Mom & Dad. The decor was impeccably done. All appliances and electronics were in top shape. There are three balconies, each with exceptional privacy. There are outside steps to climb (it's a 3rd floor entrance). The positive side of this is the privacy and views you get. If you don't know the area very well, I can tell you that this is the best location for not having to deal with traffic. To go anywhere, you make a right turn onto Santa Rosa Blvd., a 4-lane street with very light traffic, then there is a fully-controlled signal onto (and returning from) Hwy 98. This makes it EASY to go and come back from anywhere, which is a BIG DEAL in this area! There is a great Publix grocery store, the Gulfarium and the Boardwalk just minutes away.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The decorations were beautiful and we had everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk beds!! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 small children. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the surroundings very much. We had a great view and a short walk to the beach!! We will definetly be returning!!!

By far, one of the best experiences I've had. Very Quiet, a minute to beach, friendly owner's, beautiful decor, it just makes you feel at home! I would highly recommend renting this unit if you enjoy serene time, captivating beauty and most of all-a place to call home.
