The King Master Bedroom with en-suite full bath also has a color cable television for separate evening enjoyment. It also has patio doors leading out to the pool and large walk-in closet.

Our Disney Area Florida villa is built around a large family room that opens to the lanai and pool. There is a separate dining room, a large fully equipped American kitchen that extends into a breakfast nook. The Orlando villa is furnished to a high standard with expensive fittings and equipment, including a DVD home entertainment system and cable TVs in every bedroom. We also have high-speed Internet terminal and additional connections for laptops.

With nearly 1,700 sq ft of air-conditioned living space it includes four large bedrooms, including a Master suite and a large family bathroom. Every bedroom is en-suite or is next to a bathroom.

Payment Methods Accepted

Deposits, balances and security deposits can be paid by Paypal using credit or debit cards. We do also accept cashier's checks or 'bankers drafts' from both the UK and US. We do also accept personnal cheques both sterling and Dollars.

Deposits

To reserve your dates we would require a (non refundable)deposit of £150/$300 (per week) booked as well as our online booking form. Your dates are held for 7 days until we receive your booking form and payment. The full balance is then required at least 8 weeks before your departure date. We do also require a security deposit of £108/$200 in case any damage is caused during your stay.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation: In the event that you cancel your booking, for whatever reason , the following cancellation charges will apply. (Note: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.)

In excess of 8 weeks prior to the rental date...................deposit only
Between 6 and 8 weeks prior to the rental date.............50% of the total rental costs.
Between 4 and 6 weeks prior to the rental date.............75% of the total rental costs.
Less than 4 weeks prior to the rental date.......................the full rental costs.

Fees & Taxes

Rates do not include 12% Sales and Tourist Taxes. If reservation is less than 6 nights, a $75.00 cleaning fee will be added. If requested, pool heat would be £67/$105 (per week).

Just came back from a 2 week stay. It felt like home. Thank you so much for a great place to stay. We already want to go back again. The high-speed Internet was a nice touch. I was on vacation, but could check my email at the end of the day.
