Cancellation request must be written and sent via postal or electronic mail. If property is re-rented at the same rate for the same period, tenants will receive a full refund of their deposit.
If property is not re-rented for the same period, tenants will not be entitled to reimbursement for any rent payments. Security deposit and cleaning fee will be fully refunded.
