Darling pink home in a lovely oceanside community! 2 Bedroom/1 bath (queen bed, two twin beds and a NEW full size futon couch) - Nice living area & fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, coffee maker,blender, toaster etc. - The washer and dryer are in the home. All linens, towels, blankets & pillows are in our home to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Why rent a condo when you can stay in your own home?

We require a $150.00 security deposit (fully refundable after you leave) We accept one small pet (up to 20 pounds) for an additional $100.00 security deposit (also fully refundable).

There is a $65.00 cleaning fee and the 10% Florida Tourism tax (charged on all vacation properties and hotels in Florida).
