Check/ money order will be accepted if received 4 weeks prior to your stay, if booking is directly done with us. If you use our rental agency you would be able to use credit, cash, but the rates would not be the same as if booking was directly through us.

Our first time in St. Augustine-beautiful beach and beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as pictured. The condo was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, and suited everyone in my family. The kids loved having a TV in the 2nd bedroom. I liked having a washer/dryer in unit and WIFI! This is a large complex; however, our unit was conveniently located between the beach and the heated pool (a must for spring breakers!) What a treat to find beach chairs and pool toys for us to enjoy. Very relaxing vacation!! Hope to be back soon.

I highly recommend this very comfortable and attractively decorated condo. It is fully equipped for occupancy of up to six persons and is immaculately clean. The condo complex is well maintained and tidy. The balcony has a southern exposure and provides a well lighted interior. There are three flat screen TV's, chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach, books and games. If you check the online picutres they truely represent the condo, quite lovely. The Karels, who own the condo, have been a pleasure to deal with and are very responsive to any questions you might have. I truely hope to return in the future.

We stayed at this condo over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful relaxing visit. The condo is tastefuly furnished and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. The condo is located close to lots of entertainment and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick and the grounds of the property are well maintained. We would stay here again!
