A deposit of $180 is required per week on booking. Long term bookings deposit negotiable.
Cancellation
Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing or e-mail directly to the Owners. Cancellation by telephone will not be accepted. In the event of cancellation by the client, the following charges will apply.
Anytime after acknowledgement receipt has been issued - Loss of deposit
60 - 90 days before arrival - 50% of total price (Less deposit already received)
Within 60 days - 100% of price (Less deposit already received)
& Taxes
Our rates include Sales and Tourist taxes. But if your booking is less than 7 nights there is an additional cleaning fee payable of $100.

We've arrived back in the UK after a wonderful holiday in Florida. I have to say we loved your home, we started feeling like locals with all the back road routes we took to Disney (Black Lake Rd - Sherbeth). It seemed to miss most of the traffic.
I have to say your home was perfect for our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool, games room and playstation - we enjoyed the peace and quiet whilst they payed! we also put to use some of those discount shopping vouchers you sent through. thanks.
