This beautiful property is located in one of the best areas in Antibes, only a few minutes away from Juan-les-Pins, the port, beaches, city center and it features 6 bedrooms, 6,5 bathrooms, offering a sleeping capacity of 12-14 guests.This spacious villa is built on two levels and it also has a rooftop terrace. On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bar table. From the large living room with marble floors, large lamps and antique chests you continue into the dining room which has a glass dining table and from here out onto an external, covered lounge with several couches and large chairs brought together by a glass coffee table. There is also an external dining area with a ceramic dining table for 12. On the second floor you find the master bedroom which accesses a balcony and also enjoy an annex room with a single bed. On the same floor are the other two bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The rooftop terrace features various seating areas with lounge chairs and sofa chairs, an oval dining table and coffee tables. Outside you can enjoy a garden foyer, where the pool (6m X 6m) is located. The pool is set on a marble paved terrace and it features sun lounge chairs and a changing room.
