The apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a living room with a comfortable pull out sofa. Each room has a door and a closet for full privacy. If required, there is an air bed for the 5th person and a baby crib which can be provided upon request.Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, flat LCD cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning and central heat.For your convenience the apartment is also equipped with a hair dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a coffee maker, bed linen and towels.Across the street you can enjoy from a same day pick up and delivery laundromat service.

Cancellation
Guest agrees to pay City Cancellations prior to arrival must be submitted in writing. Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to Arrival Date are subject to transactions fees only. Reservations cancelled on less than 30 days notice prior to Arrival Date are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total apartment rent for the balance of the Reservation term and not less than $100. Reservations cancelled on less than 15 days notice prior to Arrival Date shall result in full payment of the apartment rent. After arrival, departures prior to the Departure Date noted on the Guest Agreement or any extended period agreed upon by the parties shall result in full payment of the apartment rent regardless of determination.
