After you enjoy a day at the beach, retire to the back patio for a barbecue and dine alfresco with family and friends. Or if you prefer, walk across the street and dine at one of the many award wining local restaurants. This home is decorated with brand new furniture, TV's, appliances, dishes, towels & linen. The property is fully fenced and gated offering you privacy and security.

Do you enjoy tennis, kayaking or professional baseball? During your stay guests can reserve (subject to availability) up to 2 one hour reservations on Truel's private tennis court just 2 blocks away. Receive kayak rental discounts to visit the seven coves of La Jolla. Or purchase San Diego Padres tickets (right behind homeplate) at Petco Park and enjoy a summer evening at the ballgame. These seats are not always available so book early!

There is always something to do! Torrey Pines Golf Course, Birch Aquarium, and Westfield Mall at University Town Center are less than 5 minutes away by car. And a short 10 to 15 minute drive can get you to Seaworld, Mission Bay, Old Town San Diego, Del Mar Race Track. A 20 minute car ride to Downtown Gaslamp District, Seaport Village or San Diego International Airport.
