I`m going to rent my apartment in Rome by the week or month. I do currently live in the U.S. so the apt. is available even for longer periods of time (it can easily and confortably accommodate up to four peaople). Very short walk from the main Rome University `La Sapienza` and near to the Luiss University, a few subway stops from the Spanish Steps and the historic city center.

It is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, third floor apt. (with elevator), Really steps to the Bologna Square subway station and close to the Tiburtina hub (subway, railway, town and outbound buses). It is a residential area with plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, amenities, pubs, services of any kind.

The apt. is approx. 800 sq.ft. (74 sq.mt.), has a double bed room with walk-in closet, a two single beds room, a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, two bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower) and a small balcony.

It is fully equipped and furnished. Utilities and wi-fi internet connection are included (but the home telephone and the winter heating which are charged separately).

The price is Euros 500.00 per week and Euros 1,500.00 month. If renting for more than one month the price will be adjustable.
