The apartment is in a ideal position to visit Rome, at Via Luigi Rizzo 81, only a few minutes walk from Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica and the historical center of Rome. Regarding the public transport it is also in the best location: just a few steps from the metro A line (Cipro-Musei Vaticani stop), bus stops, taxis (Piazzale degli Eroi) and its also close to the railway stop. (Valle Aurelia). The centre of Rome is easily approachable from the apartment either walking or taking the public transport (including Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and Trastevere) and any other place of interest of the city (such as the Colosseum). Cancellation
In case of cancellation within 20 days before date of arrival we will refund the 50% of the deposit. If, due to force majeure (an unexpected failure or damage or serious deterioration, etc.),the apartment booked becomes unavailable, the deposit will be fully refunded and you will be entitled to receive a 20% discount, valid any time of year (including Christmas and Easter, if there is availability) for a one-week vacation in Rome at our apartment.

& Taxes
The following rental rates are inclusive of cleaning the apartment on arrival and departure, supply towels, sheets and clothes to food, consumptions. Do not include the tax in force since January 2011 and set at € 2.00 per night per person (up to a maximum of 10 nights, which are exempt children under 10 years). This must be paid on arrival together with the full payment.
