Control all pool and spa functions with the convenience of remote control.

3 BR, 3 1/2 BA single family home with office and loft. The home has an open floor plan with travertine floors, including living, dining, and kitchen. Cook a gourmet meal in the well equipped kitchen complete with a walk-in-pantry and all of the usual appliances plus many extras. The dining area has a glass top table for 4. You may choose to dine on the barstools or on the game table in the living area with a terrific view of the rock waterfall thru the triple glass sliding doors. The living area has a large screen HDTV with a blu-ray disc player and includes a leather recliner with a reading lamp.

Bamboo flooring is in all of the bedrooms, the staircase, and the loft. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. A queen air mattress is available for extra sleeping accommodations. You will also find high quality linens, blankets, comforters, and towels.

The office has a large desk, credenza and a TV. An oversized computer monitor with mouse and keyboard are available along with WIFI. A half bath and laundry room are just down the hall.

Master suite has a king bed, wall mount flat screen TV and a separate entrance to lanai/pool area. The master bath has a walk-in closet, jetted tub, large shower with over-sized shower head, and hand shower. Also included are 2 separate vanities.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a loft. One bedroom has a queen size bed, a small remote TV and a private bath with a tub/shower. The other bedroom has a double bed with french doors that open to a balcony, and a large remote TV. A bath with an oversized glass shower is located off the loft area. In the loft you will find 2 oversized chairs and an ottoman along with a TV.

Our home is centrally located, just west of I75. It is very convenient to world class shopping, dining, parks, the philharmonic, and the beaches of southwest, FL.

The community clubhouse has a spa and a resort style lap pool. Included is an open gathering room, game room, catering kitchen, fitness center, children's playground and a half-size basketball court for family fun and activities.

Your rental includes our housekeeper every other week for basic housekeeping. Laundry and linens are not included but are available for an extra charge. Weekly pool service is provided by the owner.
