Welcome to Hunker Down, which is owner operated, managed and LOVED. The cabin will sleep 4-5 people, 1 loft bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath. Downstairs is the living room (with a queen sleeper sofa), jacuzzi (2 person), “Mountain” room (with a futon), kitchen, full size washer/dryer and a full bath. The cabin is approximately 1,050 square feet and is ready for your enjoyment. The property has a large yards with no mountain hangovers for your safety. All guests also have the use of free WiFi, HBO and local/long distance calling.

This cabin will give you the opportunity to hunker down, relax and enjoy all the attractions of the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin is located on Bluff Mountain where you can go in all directions to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Townsend.

Reservation Deposit – $100.00 deposit is required to book your reservation. The deposit will be applied to the 50% reservation fee. Guest shall be required to return a signed agreement/copy of driver's license within 14 calendar days of booking. Guest shall be required to pay 50% of the booking 45 calendar days prior to the arrival date.   The final balance is due 21 calendar days before the arrival date.  All reservations booked 21 calendar days or less to the day of arrival shall be paid in full in order to book the reservation.

Security Deposit - $250.00 (Credit/Debit Card preauthorized hold) for damages, additional costs incurred by the guests/paid by owners, and additional/excessive cleaning fees will be required by the day of arrival held until an inspection/inventory has been conducted by the owner.

Cancellation
If full payment is not made prior to 21 calendar days before arrival date, the reservation will be canceled and no monies will be refunded. Refunds will be given if Owner can re-book said dates with another guest.  Rates are subject to local and state sales tax. Cancellations are subject to a maximum cancellation fee of $50.00 (i.e. credit cards fees and taxes).All reservations booked 21 calendar days or less to the day of arrival shall be paid in full in order to book the reservation and no refunds will be made for cancellation.
