We found this house to be very beautiful it was close to everything you would ever want to do while visiting Southern California, and the owners were very gracious and helpful. Our family spent close to 2 weeks at their vacation house and loved every minute of it. The host William and his wife were super helpful, picked us up at the airport, the next day took us to downtown in their van, giving us a discount coupon, save our family half of the cost at the Long Beach Aquarium. The house was clean and in great condition with fresh fruit awaiting our arrival, a good surprise, right away my son had a banana and an apple. The rest of the week we visited a couple museum for free, we got all kind of discounts on attractions and restaurants from them. A good supply of shampoo, soap, body wash and tons of fresh towels for the week. It's just so convenient and comfortable staying at this place than a hotel, nice, clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen, bed so comfy, and so much room for my son to run around inside and outside. We love the big screen TV in our master room, even though there is one in the living room. Lots of the time just like sitting around on the balcony and enjoy the nice weather.

I rented the house for the weekend and had such a great time. The house is great, nothing like staying in a hotel, so much more personal and enjoyable. Everything is supplied, even snacks and breakfast. There are big flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms with cable included. You have the internet and phone with the privilege of calling local long distance, which in California is just about every call you make. What was really cool is the bathroom has its own phone and small flat screen TV in there too. What was the best ever was the beautiful BBQ in the backyard. It’s very private and house is gorgeous. I have no problem with coming back to stay again.

I rented the property for a family get together for 5 people during week of Dec. The house is simply outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The Master Bedroom is great with balcony, stepping out to get fresh air, nice sitting area. The place is spacious, spotless and very well maintained. Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV with cable (what a bonus!! In bathroom and kitchen too), so everyone was happy in being able to watch the shows of their choice. Wireless internet is fast. This property is simply wonderful! The price is the biggest bargain, how lucky I am by paying the price of one hotel room, we got A HOUSE with 2 bedroom, 2 bath, not to mention the living, dining, kitchen, nice private back yard. We have finally found an affordable place. Thanks William, I’ll see you sometime in MAY.

My husband and I retired living in Phoenix, AZ. We made one week trip visiting my daughter’s family in Long Beach, I found this vacation home online, picture looks too good to be true. I first worried and had my daughter contact the owner and go to the house. Check it out deposit money is not going to a stupid scam. After having my daughter went to the house and check the place. It is truly a nice and lovely place.
We spent wonderful time with our 2 grandchildren staying with us, which gave my daughter a break.
Kitchen not only has basic cookware’s, but also extra convenient tools, such as various cutting boards, garlic press, pizza pan, lots of baking dishes, it really surprised me to see all this. We even use the BBQ grill a couple times, all the things thoughtfully provided at this home.
Beds are very comfortable and clean, it is not easy to find a good bed for our age. This is really a clean place, hard to find now . We even asked the owner to let us stay longer, too bad only extend 4 more days, because there was someone else had to check in after us. During the stay, we called the owner William a few times for question about the use of BBQ grill and Washer, we are able to get the answers right away.
I want to take the opportunity to thank William for his great hosting. We sure looking forward going back this summer if I get a little discount. Hahahah

We are from Nevada and come to California frequently. My husband is able to work while we vacation, until now we were unable to have a comfortable place for the kids to be while he is working off the internet. This property not only has WIFI for working but also has everything we can want when we are there. I am able to make meals instead of spending the extra money to go out and eat because the home is equipped with kitchen appliances along with front loader washer & dryer. The owner really put time in creating a vacation rental that not only accommodates your every need but makes you feel comfortable and luxurious all at once. I have and will be recommending this home to others so that they can enjoy the experience as well.
