Morning Star Cabin is nestled in the mountains at an elevation of 1800 feet and provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the South Mountains. This beautiful , quiet and peaceful location is an ideal spot for a restful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

View beautiful mountain scenes that are highlighted by low lying cloud cover, light and dark shadows from sunlight, leaves changing color in Fall and snow capped peaks in Winter as you rock on the deck relaxing; Enjoy peace, and quiet; and, clean, cool, crisp mountain air as you stroll on our private paved streets winding through wooded mountainous lots in our cabin community; See a plethora of wild life (deer and wild turkey) in their natural environment;Hike a mountain trail that travels along a bubbly creek and culminates in a water fall.Imagine awakening early in the morning and seeing from your bedroom a ball of fire lighting up the sky as the sun rises over the mountains;Visit with family and friends over dinner in our combination dining/family room area with high cathedral ceilings and view the mountains from the sliding glass doors across the front of the cabin.At the end of a day in the outdoors, take a nice hot bath and relax in the Jacuzzi in the master bathroom.All of this and more awaits you at Morning Star Cabin.

BALANCE DUE (including taxes, handling fee, security deposit, etc.) : 30-days prior to arrival and may be paid by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Credit cards accepted through PayPal with a 3 % additional charge. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 will be returned within 10 to 15 days of termination of occupancy less any deductions pursuant to the North Carolina Security Deposit Act. Taxes: State, local and occupancy taxes of 12% required by North Carolina are included in rental rates. Cleaning Fee: $105 Cancellation: TENANT will not obtain a refund if the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to commencement of the tenancy period if the tenancy period is less than one week, or if the cancellation notice is received less than 60 days prior to commencement of the tenancy period if the tenancy period is one week or more, except that in the event that the cabin is re-rented for the days of the reservation refund will be returned. A $ 35 processing fee will be charged in the event of a refund. Check in: 4:00 PM on arrival date. Check out: 11:00 AM on departure date.
Minimum stay: Independence day (July 4), Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years: 1 week minimum All other holidays (Labor day, and Memorial day): 3-night minimum. All others 2 night minimum Deposits

Advanced payment may be paid by personal check, money order or cashier's check. Signed rental contract required.
