Secret Trout Lodge is the perfect place to experience all that Donner Lake has to offer. Located on the quiet south side of Donner Lake, your experience is enhanced by our private dock located next to the best fishin' hole on Donner Lake. It is true that the lake looks so much better at the end of a dock!

You will be welcomed by our totally renovated, nicely appointed getaway with new granite, upgraded cabinets, wood laminate and new carpeting. There are wonderful views of the lake from the large windows in the Great Room and from three of the four bedrooms. Beds include two Kings, one Queen and two Bunk Beds (4 twins).

The large deck on the lake side boasts more panoramic views, and there is a large asphalt parking pad with plenty of room for your vehicles or boat trailer. Access to the property is easy in both summer and winter by a gently sloping private shared driveway.

The location can't be beat! Donner Lake fishing and water sports are at your feet within close proximity to historic Truckee, golf courses, all ski resorts, Tahoe or Reno.
