Hi,Welcome to our luxurious home in the sun!
El Sueno is an awesome, single storey,4 bedroomed Orlando vacation villa with south facing private pool,games room & free wifi.
The villa is at Florida Pines in Davenport,which is a lovely,family friendly community only 15 mins drive from Disney!
The master bedroom has a king sized bed,tv and a lovely,spacious, en suite bathroom.The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and tv. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 twin beds and a tv/dvd combo in each.
There's loads of space to relax in after a long day at all those wonderful Florida attractions.There is a spacious,well furnished living room to chill in and a comfortable family room with a 32 flat screen tv.
There's plenty of dining space too!! As well as formal dining there is additional dining in the kitchen and pool side.
In the Games Room guests can enjoy pool,air hockey,basket ball and darts.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped so you can prepare a full meal,if required,and there is a really useful laundry area with a clothes washer and dryer to help you keep the laundry under control.
There is a travel cot and highchair available at no extra cost.
There is a super patio around the south facing pool with loads of chairs and loungers so that everybody can soak up that Florida sunshine all day long!!

Deposits
A 20% deposit will be required to confirm the booking.
The balance is due 4 weeks before arival.
Cancellation
The deposit is non refundable in any case.
Bookings cancelled 29 days or more before arrival will incur no further charge.
Bookings cancelled 28 days or less before arrival will be charged the full cost of the accommodation.
& Taxes
All charges are included except:
1)Optional pool heating which is charged at $18 per night,if required
2)Bookings of less than 5 nights will incur a $90 cleaning fee.
3)Damages insurance at $49.This is in place of a damages deposit
