Alba is situated at Highgate Park in Davenport,an exclusive,gated community.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed,tv and a lovely en suite bathroom.Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and a tv.Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds and a tv in each.There is a queen sized sleeper settee in the living room should you need it.
There is a spacious living room with luxurious furnishings to relax in after a long day at the parks and a family room with a massive 52 tv and dvd.
As well as formal dining there is additional dining space in the nook and pool side.
The Games Room has Pool,Air Hockey,Basket Ball and Darts.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped so you can make a full meal,if required, and there is a useful laundry room with a clothes washer and drier to help you keep up with the washing.
There is a super patio around the pool and jacuzzi with loads of chairs and loungers so every body can soak up that Florida Sunshine.
There is a crib (cot),highchair and stroller available at no extra cost.
