We are delighted to inform you of our rates for the 2012 winter season. These rental rates are from December 2011 thru May 2012 and include short term taxes. We offer 1-14 month leases as well.

Our rates for this coming winter season are as follows:

Waterfront Suites – 1 Bedroom: $725/ week

Note**** We have monthly rates available to. Please call us for more information.

All of our suites include taxes, utilities, wireless internet, furniture, flat screen TV, cable, linens and housewares. All you need to bring is your suit case! Fully upgraded apartments have tile flooring in the living room and granite counter tops.

Other fees are as follows:
· Reservation Fee $150
· Pet Fee $100 (2 pet maximum)
· Cleaning Fee $100

Once we have reserved a suite for you we will need all adults over the age of 18 to apply which only takes a few minutes. At this time we will provide you with an application. We will only be checking criminal backgrounds during the application process.

When you have been approved, 50% of the total cost will be due at the time of the apartment reservation and 50% will be due at the time of arrival.

Check in time is after 4 pm the day of arrival and check out time is 12 pm the day of departure.
