The Yacht Club Condo, Providenciales, has one bedroom, one bathroom, open plan living room and kitchen that leads to a patio area with views of the pool and Turtle Cove Marina.
Just walking distance to the famous Grace Bay Beach, Smith’s Reef (Snorkeling), Dive Shops, Boat Tours, Restaurants & Bars and a short drive from the airport and to Grace Way IGA (Grocery store).
This condo sleeps up to 4 people: 1 king bedroom and 1 Alcantara sofa bed. Living room is elegantly furnished including a brand new 40' LED cable TV. A second flat Tv in bedroom. Includes linens, beach chairs and beach towels. Fully equipped kitchen with black household appliances (microwave, fridge with ice and water dispenser, range, dishwasher). Laundry (washing and dryer). Air condition. A complimentary well equipped fitness room, overlooking the marina, is available for guests, as well as a nearby video/movie rental and car rental.

Please note that we have two 1 bedroom units that is side by side located at the Yacth Club Condo.
