The guest house is situated in a 200 year old Georgian townhouse in the heart of Edinburgh's new town, just one minute's walk from Princes Street, with stunning views of the new town, Princes street, and, from some rooms, Edinburgh Castle.
Owned and run by Tod and Pauline Hetherington, the guest house has recently been completely refurbished to incorporate traditional decor, spacious comfortable rooms and all possible amenities in all nine rooms. The aim is to make the stay for guests in Scotland as comfortable and relaxing as possible with all the modern conveniences together with an 'olde world' atmosphere suiting its location in Central Edinburgh.

Our well appointed rooms feature en-suite bathrooms with shower, television, tea and coffee facilities, as well as use of a trouser press, hair dryer and public phone, and your choice of cooked breakfast is freshly prepared every morning., , It is important to note that the Castle Guest house is situated on the third floor of a Georgian townhouse. This may cause problems for people who have difficulty using stairs.
