The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, large shower enclosure with a bench seat, and TV with a VCR. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed, luxuriously appointed bathroom with marble floors, wainscott, and shower enclosure. Bedroom 3 features twin beds for the little ones of the family. Please be aware this Folly Beach condo is a non smoking unit and unfortunately we do not allow pets. These are very stringent policies. We make every effort to keep it as nice as possible for our guests so we ask for your cooperation in this matter.

Note: A $300 security deposit is required to hold the unit rental dates.This deposit is refundable upon inspection by property management. A cleaning charge of $75 dollars is applied as well to assure a clean and comfortable stay for all of our valued clients.
