This three bedroom, two bath, smoke-free house is situated at the top of the Beachgate path to the fabulous Seacliff State Park in Aptos, with miles of white sand beaches ideal for walking, sunbathing. jogging, swimming and beach recreation. You can walk down the beach to restaurants.

The house is located in a quaint, upscale, safe neighborhood. There are ocean views from all three sides of the upstairs. Fabulous views. We have a small one story house between us and the ocean.

This beach has some of the warmest water and safest swimming in Northern California, and provides summer lifeguards, restrooms, showers, snack bar, and a great fishing pier.
