The project began in September 2008 and the $3 million phase has recently been completed. The lobby also received antique tin ceiling tiles and 1920 circa furniture and decorative lighting. Over 100 hotel rooms have been renovated with new granite kitchen countertops, new all wood kitchens, new porcelain tile flooring, new bedding and furniture, decorative crown molding and granite tops in the bathrooms.
