This luxury vacation home with its own private swimming pool, spa and gamesroom is located in the exclusive golf community of Reunion Resort, Kissimmee, Florida. This gated community offers extreme privacy and maximum fun with a host of amenities to make your vacation a memorable one. The house has been decorated and furnished to meet the the specifications of Reunion requirements making it extremely comfortable and tasteful. Your family will love being only minutes from all the major attractions and theme parks that Orlando has to offer whilst still enjoying the tranquility of being surrounded by three PGA signature golf courses and conservation land.
If it’s relaxed living and plush surroundings you’re looking for, then this courtyard style villa has it all . Situated in the Liberty Bluff division of the Reunion Resort overlooking one of the three PGA golf courses makes this a perfect location. Every room has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard with flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms. The ground floor of the main house is where you will find the fully equipped kitchen with it's granite counter tops, a formal seating area, formal dining room and the family gathering area. At either end of the ground floor are french doors, the rear opening onto a seating area overlooking the golf course and the front onto the pool deck. On the first floor there is a second king-size master suite and bathroom with a private balcony overlooking the golf course. There are two further bedrooms, one queen size and the other having two twin beds and a private balcony, with both sharing the family bathroom and overlooking the pool deck. The laundry facilities are also found on the first floor. The second floor offers complete privacy for the main master suite offering a sitting area, work station and private balcony with breathtaking views across the golf course and resort. The bathroom is large with a sunken tub, walk in shower and twin vanities.
The pool deck with it's built in Summer kitchen, heated pool surrounded with seating and bathing areas separates the main house from the guest suite which has a queen size bedroom, bathroom and family room with kitchen area perfect for in-laws, grown up children or staff. Below the guest suite is the games room which will offer hours of entertainment for both children and adults alike.
Limited number of guest passes for waterpark, golf and other amenities available upon request

Reunion Resort is a beautiful gated community 6 miles from Disney! Reunion has 3 signature golf courses, a 5 acre water park, kids crew camp, tennis courts, a spa, 10 community pools/hot tubs, walking/biking trails and a variety of restaurants and bars. Some of the amenities( golf, water park, kids crew and tennis) at the resort require membership and guests would need passes to access; we do have a full membership and are able to offer a limited number of guest passes. Each guest pass would allow everyone in your party to access the resort amenities on the specified day of the pass. Associated fees with activities are your responsibility. Reunion is a cashless/tip less resort. Water park fees for example are free for first four guests and $10 for each additional guest( based on current Reunion pricing and policies). Please enquire about passes.
The house is located on a quiet court in the Liberty Bluff section of the resort and has two parking spots. There is a free shuttle offered to travel throughout the resort. We have recently(January 2012) updated the house and plan for more updates in the next year. The houses offers over 4600 sq. ft. of living space and families with 10 find there is ample space to spread out and enjoy. There are two family rooms on the main floor of the house and a another family room above the gamesroom with a bedroom and ensuite. The games room in located off the pool area and has pool table, air hockey table, seating area, PS3 with games, 60 inch TV and mini fridge. A Wii console and games is located in the main house on a 42 inch TV in one of the two living rooms. Each bedroom has a 32 inch wall mounted TV with DVD player. There are four large TVS in the home( 60 inch in the gamesroom, 50 in living room off kitchen, 42 inch in the living room near the golf course and a 42 inch in Master Suite on the third floor). Most of the DVD players have been upgraded to a Blue Ray DVD player. There is a gas grill/summer kitchen located in pool area and is included in the rental price.

Reunion Resort is 6 miles( 10 minutes away )from the gates of Disney World and other Disney Disney attractions such as Epcot and Animal Kingdom are about 15 minutes away.Univerisal Studios and Adventure Island are less than 25 minutes drive while Sea World, Discovery cove are about 15 minutes away.
Reunion Resort has a 5 acre Waterpark and three signature Golf courses, tennis courts, spa, kids club in addition to several pools and restaurants.

About Owner: We traveled on business to Reunion several times in the last 5 years, fell in love with the resort and decided to purchase a home. The home is owned by our Canadian company.
We love to travel, golf, spend time with family and endulge in a relaxing luxury style when we are away from home. This home provides all that and more.
We are constantly updating the home with features we think guests might enjoy or are requested such as baby equipment, game consoles with games, more patio furniture and big screen tvs to name just a few.
Reunion Resort is home to three signature golf courses by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus and the ANNIKA Golf Academy. The resort has a 5 acre waterpark,10 pools/spa, hydrogrid tennis courts kids camp, spa, fitness center and several restaurants and bars. Some activities such as golf and waterpark require guest passes to access them. We can provide our guests with a limited number of guest passes( many homes in Reunion do not have access to facilities).
