First level is 4 bedrooms and a planted terrace with hammocks and sitting area. The large living/dining, kitchen area is on the third floor, as well as a Master bedroom. Enjoy a spacious planted terrace on this level (think hot tub) with a view that offers the sea, jungle , the sunrise and sunset over the Caribbean. There is a pool in the private garden below (BBQ grill too) and the sea is only steps away where there is great snorkeling available right in front. The jungle behind is filled with birds, butterflies and iguanas and it is hard to imagine that you are only 15 minutes from downtown Cozumel , a major cruise ship destination zone and this is especially true at night! Villa Serenidad is secretly tucked inside the quiet and peaceful Chankanaab National Park area on the old highway just south of town. When you arrive, you will be greeted at the house by the local property manager. We will give an orientation to the house and will be available to you during your stay for any needs or questions you may have. Maid service is included nce during your stay and available upon request, and a cook is available if you wish. We will be able to make any recommendations or suggestions to you if needed to ensure a memorable vacation in Cozumel. Villa Serenidad is for couples, families, and friends, it comfortably sleeps 10.
