6 BRM Villa, only 1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park ,is located on the quiet street, right in downtown Springdale, so you can walk to all of the wonderful shops, restaurants, galleries, and the free Zion Park shuttle stop. A new gourmet market just opened up at the entrance to our street, so you are steps away from everything you need. You will find that the views from the house are quite spectacular.
We are the only one Vacation Rental located in town of Springdale that can accommodate small group up to 14 guests. You may be able to find other vacation homes in the area, but certainly not with this kind of proximity to Zion.
We are fully licensed by the state of Utah and the town of Springdale, and we strive for excellence in providing memorable vacations for our guests and their families and friends
Note; you can easily visit Bryce Canyon National Park and /or North Rim of Grand Canyon while staying in our house-great day trip and hike if you wish.
There are 6 bedrooms that sleep 14 people in 8 beds plus 1 twin bed with the option of 2 sofa beds if everyone in your party needed their own bed
