We accept PayPal, Credit cards, Wire transfer, Moneygram or other cash payment method convenient to tenant. RESERVATION will be confirmed only once the security deposit is received in full.
Deposits
A $500 refundable security deposit +$95 processing fee is mandatory upon reservation. Lease payment must be received 2 weeks (14 days) prior occupancy. The deposit will be returned within 3 days after the unit is returned in good condition. $150 cleaning fee may apply when intense cleaning is required. No smoking in the unit.
MAXIMUM 6 persons. Check in time 3pm - check out 11am
Cancellation
CANCELLATION must be received 2 weeks prior Check-in date to be valid.
THERE are NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATION on Rental Agreement made within 2 weeks from the check-in date.
