The apartment (2 room, 47nm2 + balcony!) has all modern conveniences with a separated bathroom, a separated toilet, a balcony and a kitchen equipped with household appliances. The building is one of the highest-standard housing estates in Budapest. The non-stop reception service and the security cameras placed all around the estate provide security and comfort. There is a landscaped garden within the estate with a child-friendly, EU conform playground, a fountain and an arbour which all help your perfect relaxation. Dog-owners are also considered by the careful and creative design of the park.

The building is made accessible for those with a wheelchair and a baby's pram by spacious elevators that can carry 6 persons. There is a shop on the territory of the estate open until 22.00 p. m. or, if necessary, you can also find supermarkets Lidl, Tesco, Penny Market, Spar) within 10-15 minutes' walking distance.

Our aparment is 2 underground stops away from the centre of the city, and 2 tram stops away from Városliget which is called the Green Lungs of Budapest. Városliget is a popular meeting place for the youth as well as the elderly.
You can use the carparking area around the estate free of charge.
Shopping facilities, cashdispensers: Tesco- Fogarasi, Tesco- Aréna Pláza (used to be: Ügetö Pálya), Lidl- Mogyordi út, Penny Market- Hös utca, Spar- Egressy út, McDonald's- Nagy Lajos király útja- Egressy út sarok. Further shopping facilities are available in the neighbourhood of the estate or within the estate from 6.30 a. m. to 22.00 p. m.
