Your very own studio in the heart of South Beach! You will be able to walk everywhere in South Beach or take a short cab ride. Three blocks from the beach. Two blocks from Lincoln Road and one from Espanola Way - both with lots of restaurant options. Also only a few blocks to famous Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive. Very safe, has a locked front gate, as well as entry door.

Recently refurbished spanish-style building with modern interior and appliances. Studio is perfect for two or three people. Please note that there is only one queen bed within the studio, but there is a very comfy sofa that sleeps an extra person. Appliances include: washer/dryer, stove, oven, refrigerator and coffee maker. You are welcome to use them all during your stay!

There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Whole Foods is only a 15 minute walk from the studio, if you like to cook.

Deco Bike is downstairs, where you can rent a beach cruiser by the hour.

For parking, you can park in the residential areas from 9am-5pm on weekdays. I will also give you a residential guest parking pass to park in any residential spot outside of those hours. This is included in the price!

There is a bus that drops you 2.5 blocks from the studio from the MIA airport. It is only $2.35/each way. Message me if you are interested in this option and I will give you directions. Otherwise the flat rate for a cab is $32/each way.
