Extremely comfortable and quiet double bedroom in the heart of Kingswood, minutes from public transport to the centres of Bristol and Bath. Peacefully positioned in back of house with radiator, double glazing and carpet. Five minute walk from large, undercover shopping centre, major banks, restaurants and nightlife. Private (guest use only) en suite facilities included, with WC, sink and shower with constantly available cold and hot water. All bathroom consumables included. Private chest of drawers in room for own use. Breakfast is optionally available for a small additional charge of £2 per person per day. Room suitable for either one or two persons.
Nearby street parking is available in sight of the house. Smokers may use the back garden which includes a seating area that is not overlooked. Secure wireless broadband connection included.
