A full size washer and dryer are located in the utility closet that is stocked with all the necessary essentials.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, bedside table, dresser, cable television, original artwork and ceiling fan. The sounds of the gentle surf will lull you to sleep at night when the sliding glass door and two operable windows are opened. The master also has 2 walk-in closets, a large bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, tub and private commode.
The second bedroom, located in the front end, allows for privacy between the two bedrooms. It is delightfully decorated in new white wicker furniture with 2 single beds, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan and ample closet space. There is also a rollaway single bed provided for an additional guest. The second bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door and includes a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

Surf Club I is a gated community with first class resort amenities including 2 pools (1 heated), tennis courts,shuffleboard, volleyball, bike/nature trails, clubhouse with library, fishing dock, covered parking and 24 hour security. Ample underground parking. Two elevators. 1 swimming pool (one heated). Quiet beach. Both surf fishing and nearby intercoastal waterway fishing. Numerous nearby golf courses.
Besides lazing next to the pool or on the private beach, Palm Coast offers a plethora of activities in the nearby vicinity. Head north on A1A to St. Augustine, our nation's oldest city with limitless options of sightseeing, shopping, eateries and nightlife. Kayaks, catamarans, wind surfing and fishing expeditions are available at local aquatic shops. There is a new Publix grocery store 3 miles down the road. Anastasia Park, 20 minutes north, takes you back to Old Florida and you can catch the ferry at Matanzas Park and visit the historic fort. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one mile south, provides opportunities for picnics among its array of tropical flora, as well as, fishing, hiking and biking. Marineland, just 1 mile north, lets you get up close and personal with their resident dolphins.
Note: The beach at Surf Club has unique coral formation along the beach that looks like rocks - especially at high tide. Public beaches are nearby with wider sand.
