Tidelands 124 is in an area called The Preserve, a beautiful piece of countryside with stellar views of the sunrise and the sunset. The Intracoastal is just moments away, along with a lovely lake surrounded by walking and biking trails. If you are a nature enthusiast, you will be in heaven here – be sure to bring your binoculars, camera, and Peterson’s Guides! And if you’re more of the city type, you’re just a few minutes by car from St. Augustine and half an hour from Daytona Beach!
The first place you’ll want to enjoy at Tidelands 124 is the big, covered lanai. Breezy and pleasant, it offers casual seating and a bistro table for grabbing a quick meal al fresco or lingering over a bottle of wine late into the evening. This is a great place to wander onto first thing in the morning, too, when the birds are flocking by and the day is just waking up. So peaceful and beautiful!
Just indoors from the lanai is the open-plan living and dining area. The living room is cozy and comfortable, with soft leather furniture (including a couch that opens into a queen-sized bed) and an entertainment center featuring a TV. After a long day outdoors, it feels so good to flop down in here, turn on the game or your favorite show, and relax in air-conditioned comfort!
Beyond the living room area is our dining table, set with 4 chairs and perfect for cards and games any time of day. It’s within easy reach of the kitchen, so nobody has to leave the action when it’s time to cook. This table also makes a good place to set up a laptop – you have free WiFi at Tidelands 124, so bring any electronics you want and stay connected.
The galley-style kitchen is one of the highlights of the condo. Tiled floors, granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, and full-sized new appliances make this kitchen an absolute pleasure to use. And all you have to add is groceries – we provide all the cookware, utensils, glasses, and dishes you need (and then some!). Whether you’re preparing gourmet feasts or just doing short-order cooking to get the gang moving in the morning, you’ll enjoy the kitchen here!
While the living, dining, and kitchen area of Tidelands 124 is open and connected, the two bedrooms are wonderfully private, helping everyone to get a great night’s sleep. The master suite is particularly nice, with a king-sized bed, TV, and big window offering a lovely view of nature. The en-suite bath includes a new walk-in shower, easily accessible and a pleasure to experience after a day on the Intracoastal or in the city!
The second bedroom is airy and light as well, with 2 twin-sized beds, a TV, and a nice view from the big window. The second full bathroom at Tidelands 124 is shared by this bedroom and the living area, and offers both a shower and tub option.
We provide all the linens and towels you need for every bed and bath here (including the sofa sleeper!), so don’t worry about packing any or picking up “extras” at the box store. We’ve also got a washer and dryer here for your use, so feel free to leave some room in your suitcase and bring back a few extra souvenirs instead of worrying about spare changes of clothes. Everything is taken care of for you here!

Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract.
