If anyone in your group has accessibility issues, this is a great place to stay, not only for the walk-in shower and ground-floor ease of our condo but also for the Canopy Walk amenities, which include a Jacuzzi, a gradual-slope entry swimming pool, a clubhouse with fitness center, and so much more!
And the Canopy Walk resort is ideal for all ages. The Intracoastal wends its way just beyond the grassy lawn outside our lanai, and the resort includes 7 miles of walking, hiking, and biking trails. The beach is just 3 miles away, great golf surrounds us, and fine dining, shopping, and sightseeing are just minutes away by car. The resort includes a kids’ water splash playground, tennis courts, a family swimming pool, and plenty of games and sports for all ages. You could stay here for a month and not have time to try all the opportunities for fun!
And your group will have plenty of room to spread out and make themselves comfortable at Canopy Walk 913. On the lanai, a dining table and chairs will tempt you to carry all your meals here for al fresco dining, while comfy wicker chairs offer a great place to sit and chat, sip a cup of coffee or glass of wine, and check your social media (you have free WiFi at Canopy Walk 913). Let the kids spill out onto the huge lawn with Frisbees and kites while the grown-ups linger long past dinnertime, chatting and laughing on the lanai. So relaxing!
Just in from the light-filled lanai is the open-plan living and dining area, complete with a very comfortable sofa that unfolds into a bed for 2. A big TV with cable, a VCR, and a DVD player stands ready to entertain you in here (if you can stay awake after sinking into the sofa, that is!), and the dining room table doubles as a game and puzzle center. (Massive Risk tournament, anyone?!) There’s plenty of space for everyone here, even after the kids start building with Legos on the floor, the scrapbooker covers the coffee table with mementoes, and the nature lover leaves dog-eared Peterson’s Guides all over the place!
And while you’re making yourself at home, pick up some groceries at the supermarket and enjoy using the brand-new appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils in our galley-style kitchen. The dishwasher is on hand for clean-up, stools are lined up at the breakfast bar for your sous-chefs to do the chopping and stirring, and all the time-saving gadgets are at your disposal. Whether you love cooking or treat it as a necessary evil, you’ll love the fully appointed, sparkling kitchen at Canopy Walk 913!
As much as you enjoy spending time with the whole group, there’s nothing like a little privacy and quiet during a busy vacation – and everyone in your gang will be sure of a restful night’s sleep here at Canopy Walk 913. The 3 bedrooms in this condo are pleasantly decorated and designed for relaxation.
The master suite is luxurious, from the king-sized bed to the private TV and the en-suite bath with dual vanities and big walk-in shower. Two windows in the bedroom keep the view close.
The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and TV, while the third offers 2 twins. We provide all of the linens, blankets, pillows, and towel sets you’ll need for every bed and bath at the condo, along with a washer and dryer to keep all your beach towels and vacation duds clean. Settle right in!

Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract.
