The slate steps of the stairs leading to the large front veranda give way to marble floors in the entry hall, and to one side a magnificent formal dining room stands ready for your finest meals. Step into the huge living room with its Brazilian Cherry floors and you feel transported to the ocean's edge thanks to panoramic views from enormous windows and large glass doors! Flanked by fluted columns, the family room combines elegance with comfort. A cushiony couch, plus oversized chairs and ottomans, invite you to linger and watch a favorite movie on the large 46 HDTV with blue ray, xbox and wii, or to simply gaze at the pure blue Florida sky.
If you need to get a little closer, step onto the fifty-five foot wide brick balcony, which, due to a cantilevered third-floor deck, offers perfect unobstructed ocean views.
There are many options for dining at Bella Vista. In addition to the outdoor teak and the formal table, a long breakfast room table sits just beyond the family front of glorious floor-to-ceiling views. You'll find wonderful places for impromptu meals on three levels and around the pool!
You can chill your wine in the special cooler in our kitchen. Designed for large parties, our state-of-the-art kitchen is certain to delight even the most finicky cook. It includes two dishwashers, two convection ovens, a 42-inch-wide refrigerator, a central island with an enamel sink, loads of countertop space with a double enamel sink, an eating bar, and the full complement of cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, and gadgets.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, two with marble, or granite, full baths, and walk-in closets including one with a queen-sized bed, 32 HDTV, blue ray player and a three-panel glass sliding door system that provides a breathtaking view of the ocean. The other bedroom nearby offers a queen bed, 32 HDTV, blue ray player, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom and gorgeous views of the Atlantic. The 3rd bedroom is in the parlor and has a queen sleeper sofa and 32 HDTV & blue-ray player.
To get to the third floor, you could take the mahogany stairs, but why not give the soundless mahogany elevator a whirl?
Among the wonders of the third floor is a large niche, complete with a huge artist-painted coastal mural covering the entire curved wall. The grand room awaits you with a sectional sofa, huge 60 TV, blue ray, x-box, wii, as well with surround sound, wet bar, beautiful moldings, recessed lighting, and a world-class view of the ocean.
The master suite is a crowning glory, with an impressive four-poster king-sized bed, medallion ceiling, 42 HDTV, Blue Ray, and majestic views of the ocean through sliding glass doors to the deck. The master bath features rich marble, an oversized soaking tub with Jacuzzi jets, a bidet, a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, his and her lavatories, and a separate powder area.
There is also a large double bedroom on the third floor featuring two king-sized beds, 42 HDTV, Blue Ray, & an en-suite granite-appointed bath. The library serves as the 3rd bedroom with queen sleeper sofa.
On the ground floor, you will find a large game room with a mahogany billiards table, both a comfortable sofa and love seat, a 60-inch TV with surround sound speakers throughout, blue ray player, xbox, wii, a full walk-in bar with a refrigerator, sink, tons of cabinet space, and rich granite on all countertops and the serving bar.
Just next door is another double bedroom with yet two more king-sized beds and two armoires, along with a 39 HDTV and blu-ray DVD player. There is still another bedroom on this with 2 twin beds and 25 HDTV & blue ray.

Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract.
