Located in Palm Coast on the shores of the beach, Surf Club III 714 offers you a front-row seat to the sunrise every morning. Our balcony, just off the living room, is the perfect place to birdwatch, stargaze, enjoy an al fresco meal, or simply sit and dream, listening to the rhythmic murmur of the surf and watching the light bounce off the water. The balcony is partially covered, so you can choose sunlight or shade in the balmy, salty air. What bliss to feel as though you're floating above the coastline, enjoying a unique bird's-eye perspective on the lovely scenery!
You may find yourself migrating out to the balcony at all times of day and night, but when it's time to come indoors, you'll feel perfectly at ease in our spacious living and dining area. The palm-frond ceiling fan silently circulates cool air conditioning above the plush sofa and chair, the TV stands ready to entertain during idle moments, and both the tile floor and the soft area rug feel great beneath your hot beach feet. And the view is still with you through sliding-glass doors that occupy almost the entire east wall!
Even more roomy is the dining area, featuring a round table set with rolling, padded chairs. We had to make these chairs very, very comfortable, because we always end up lingering at the table long past dinnertime, playing pinochle and reminiscing. If you enjoy cards and games too, be sure to bring along your favorites and plan a staycation night. For some reason, even popcorn seems to taste better at the beach, and it's great to give everyone a chance to catch their breath between adventures!
The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area, with a long counter that lets the view penetrate even to the cooks! Newly renovated, this space is beautifully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils aplenty, not to mention granite countertops, a side-by-side with ice and water in the door, and gleaming white appliances. Planning to catch some fresh seafood this trip, or cook a big family feast one night? You'll find everything you need here except groceries -- and there's plenty of room for those.
The laundry room is just off the kitchen, with a stacked washer and dryer just waiting for all those wet swimsuits and sandy beach towels. Pack light and plan to recycle your vacation togs, too! It's so easy to toss in a load as you leave the condo in the morning, then dry it as you throw dinner together that night.
You'll love the well-appointed beds and baths at Surf Club III 714, too. The master suite is luxurious, with a king-sized bed, TV, and big picture window with an ocean view! The hardwood floor is gleaming, and there's plenty of space here to unpack and make yourself at home. The en-suite bath features a big soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, so pamper yourself a little every day!
The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, while the third has 2 twins and a desk with reading lamp. All the bedroom floors are polished hardwood. We provide the linens and towels needed for Surf Club III 714, plus plenty of pillows and extra blankets.
A second full bathroom with both a shower and tub is convenient to the second and third bedrooms, while a half-bath serves the living and dining areas. No waiting in line, no rush for the bathroom first thing in the morning!
And you will appreciate all the amenities of the Surf Club resort. From swimming to tennis, volleyball to shuffleboard, all the facilities you need are right here -- plus a fitness center, fishing dock, and heated spa!

Note: The beach at Surf Club has unique coral formation along the beach that looks like rocks - especially at high tide. Public beaches are nearby with wider sand.

Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract. Guest has 48 hours upon receiving our contract to contact us and cancel the reservation without penalty.
